Bridging the human/automation gap.
We are a thought company, focused on updating meatware to be compatible and collaborative with Artificial Intelligence.
The intersection of technology and humanity stands at a crossroads. While advancements in artificial intelligence promise streamlined efficiency and enhanced productivity, the darker corners of bureaucratic neglect threaten to undermine these gains. Through lived experiences of delay, denial, and disregard, countless lives hang in the balance, underscoring the urgent need for transformative change.
Our expertise lies in bridging the gap between human intuition and machine learning, crafting innovative solutions that amplify the voices of marginalized communities and bring about meaningful change.
At Bioware, we pioneer novel applications of AI-driven technologies to tackle complex social problems. By harnessing the power of data analytics, predictive modeling, and human-centered design, we create bespoke solutions that dismantle systemic barriers and unlock new paths to prosperity

Our mission at Bioware is to harmoniously merge human intuition with artificial intelligence, crafting solutions that transcend the silos of traditional industries. We aim to inject empathy into the cold machinery of bureaucracy, ensuring that every individual receives dignified care commensurate with their unique journey.

Technology, while capable of connecting us in unprecedented ways, also introduces layers of abstraction that can insulate us from genuine human interaction. In many cases, it's easier to engage with screens than faces, exacerbating feelings of isolation and disconnection.
At Bioware, we're fueling a revolution. Our secret weapon? Human defiance. Every time an algorithm tries to funnel you into the depths of automation, reject it. Demand a real voice on the other end. Our case study on Swedish Hospital reveals that the only antidote to the labyrinthine phone maze is boots on the ground – showing up, demanding answers, and refusing to be ignored.

This is the agency that handles SNAP benefits and Medicaid. Needless to say that these resources are critically important and nearly impossible to receive and the entire agency is built with classic frustration-tactics, malicious stall-code software and employees trained on control and dismissal. I personally went to the agency and it is built like a prison, replete with a speaker on a yard-horn that says to move immediately. Incredibly dehumanizing at the Department of Human Services. Game on.

Here we have a large hospital with a patchwork of old and new technologies in the medical and medical records realm and a revolving door of talent of all levels looking to take in and execute on the multitude of platforms and interfaces, all while varying degrees of commitment dictate how effectively these can be utilized to provide a human touch to the patient in the translation of all of this.

This behemoth agency is notorious for being a labyrinth of bitter employees, unnecessarily-complicated systems and procedures and an all-day commitment should you dare to visit in person. This is all true and it runs deep and the dehumanization is systemic and potentially rewarded.

Pubilc transportation. This is the epitome of falling short on the last mile -- in this case, literally.

FedEx is a very large company that, once again, specializes in the last mile. They fail miserably here.
Ghost app cut off about 5 minutes at the end and it was essentially fight, fight, fight. Sorry about the poor lighting as well.
Let's talk about what being meatware means.
The sheer amount of apathy suddenly upon us is staggering. The most challenging part of this problem as we devise solutions is general apathy, born from those who simply refuse any semblence of personal accountability or responsibility. All of the case studies are from within the past few months and it is worsening and widening by the day. The fact that this is so evidentially prominent is extremely alarming.
Our solutions page is on the active burner at all times and is a real-time, live effort operating 24/7.
